My pregnant sim and her husband always have the want to read a pregnancy book. The want says ”prepare for the big day [blah blah] many pregnancy books at the bookstore”. When she goes there all i find are books to be read TO children not ABOUT child birth.

Also, in The Sims 3 your baby didn’t even have a body. Like in Sims 3 you could read pregnancy books and fulfill wishes in order to have a ”good pregnancy” and be able to choose the sims traits at birth.
